One of Saint-Aulaye’s true classics, the Lemon Sponge is a soft, all-butter cake flavoured with lemon, of course, but also with almond. This gives it a grainy texture and a pleasant light taste. To top it off, the lemon icing adds to the cake’s tangy flavour.
